            <description><![CDATA[<p>I&#39;ve been trying to set up a new installation of elgg on&nbsp; <a href="http://www.writingmate.com/">www.writingmate.com</a>. I finally got the site to load., but it looks like the css or theme portion of the site is not found.             <description><![CDATA[<p>There are a few things I could use some help with.&nbsp; I would like to make users moderate friend requests by default instead of openly adding someone automatically.&nbsp; How would I go about doing this?</p><p>Also is there anyway to make certain widgets &quot;install&quot; themselves to a users profile when they register.&nbsp; For example, I want the comment box widget to be automatically added to a users profile when they register.&nbsp; How would I do such a thing?</p><p>Thanks! </p>]]></description>
