Welcome to the Elgg theming community. Here you will be able to download and contribute themes, discuss theming issue and suggest/contribute improvements.
You can search through 'official' themes and view screenshots as well as check out themes submitted by the wider Elgg commuity.
If you would like to submit themes:

2) Once you have checked the guidelines you can upload your themes into the contributed themes folder.
