Hi,
I just configured mediawiki plugin and it's working fine here (mediawiki 1.9.3 - http://stoa.usp.br/wiki). I want see Elgg menu toolbar on my Elgg instante, bellow it appearing only mediawiki, as you are doing here for elgg.org documentation.
May you guys, please, give me the code used on mod/mediawiki? If yes, you can send to my email everton137 at gmail dot com or give the link for download here.
Thanks in advance,
Tom.

Hi,
after installing the folio plugin (.51), the old entries in the sidebar are still shown - for the friends and communities. Any idea?
All functions are OK.

I've installed the folio plugin (previously succesfully) on a new host.
As soon as it's installed, if I attempt to browse to any page while logged in I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mb_detect_encoding() in /data01/kankan/public_html/lib/php-getttext/gettext.inc on line 101
There is a note here (http://elgg.org/admin/weblog/234.html) about this problem, but the note makes no mention of the Folio plugin and the author's solution does not work for me!
This is definitely connected to logged in users, because if I go to a new browser I can access the site as Guest; if I attempt to login I get the error.
Can anyone offer any advice?

I got an SQL error - "column not found". It was missing a prefix in mod/presentation/function_search.php, line 31:
$searchline = str_replace("owner",$CFG->prefix."tags.owner",$searchline);
Strange that this didn't occur earlier...

we have that nice plugin for moodle to connect to elgg, but I am looking for a way to switch from elgg - my personal environment - to moodle. My favorite would be a block in elgg where my moodle courses/classes are indicated. And to be reached with a click.
I think it is more locigal to start in the community at my personal site to go for the classes in the lms. The courses are only open for a limited time, but my personal blog is indenpendend of the classes in moodle (or any other lms).
Is anybody working on a solution for this?

It is available the template_wrapper plugin. It allows to specify a custom pageshell from some site pages.
Something like the browse page (two columns pageshell) in http://www.redreiri.org that looks a little different that the person home page (three columns pageshell).
It hope it would be useful for someone.

I'm trying to upload the latest version of the calendar plugin (mostly just bug fixes mentioned here). I have not been successful.
I have tried uploading to my site on eduspaces.net but it just times out with a Read Timeout message.
I then tried to upload on elgg.org plugin files. It does upload OK. But when I download it, the file is corrupt.
I have moved to a Macintosh workstation. Would that make a difference?
Any suggestions?

The link to the Folio plugin seems to be to a broken .zip. Everytime I download it, it says that he archive has errors. Does anyone have a link to the file that works, or can anyone point me towards one?
Also, is there anyway to add items to the sidebar like MyBlogLog?
