Add a new menu in header

I have just Installed Elgg(0.7) afew days ago and i have read lots of post but no where do i see a straight question on How To Add Additional Buttons At The Top Header(e.g.-Beside of Your Profile) like a FAQ or an About Button.

can Someone Please Help Me Out for my Requirement............its Vry Vry Urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For integration in mediawiki you have to put this line to the wiki code:
```
<script src="WEBROOTmod/toolbar/js.php"></script>
```
So i looked at the folder mod/toolbar and the file lib.php/toolbar.inc/toolbarloggedout.inc seem to be the ones, you have to edit.
