How to call "Similar Users" plugin

I found the Similar Users plugin in SVN (not to be confused with the "Site Members" plugin).

Does anyone know how to call the feature. . . My guess is that it produces something similar to the Site Members plugin on the pageshell but the readme doesn't indicate how to call it. . I tried guessing but no good.

It's a very, very early version, and no navigation is currently provided. You can access it from [your server]/mod/similarusers/ when logged in.
Again, although unlinked, if you log into Elgg.net you can see it in action at http://elgg.net/mod/similarusers/ .

Thanks, Ben. This is a great feature that will be very helpful in connecting folks. . . I just hardcoded a link on the logged in page for it for the time being.

how does it work? does it simply query similar tags and require a certain number of "common tags" to display a sort of "people like me" list?
