Elgg's Presentation Plugin
Phase one of this plugin has been funded by the University of Brighton and coded by Sven Edge.
The purpose:
The presentation tool lets users create presentations made up from activity they do in the fluid environment of Elgg and represent this in a static output with commentary and annotation on included media.
As with everything on Elgg, users will be able to use the powerful access controls to share their presentations with whom they like. They will also be able to export to zip shortly.
At the moment there are three content types; text, blog post and files. However, this is extensible so, in theory, you could include any content type you like.
