This does two things

• At a user's first login, enable notifications for their account by default
  
• At a user's first login, if their username exists but has no email address defined, use the SSO data to update their user info (This allows us to create new users by creating new usernames, then the extra user data (email,
  

name, etc) will be filled in by the system at their first login).

This uses the already available SSO user info to fill in the user's name and email address anytime they autenticate to a project

"accepted" is a status that only the owner can specify. It indicates that they are willing to work on it (they have 'accepted' the ticket). To visit a ticket that is unassigned and set it to 'accepted' is to implicitly declare that you are the owner. Closing as this is working as intended.

This winter we got a couple pretty good sets of snowfall.  This is from the second, and don't let the ground fool you, it was actually like 4in deep (that was a surprise to me the first time I stepped out).

since we've disabled gantt globally (projects can enable it on a project-by-project basis using their admin panel) I'm going to close this ticket.

(In [168]) Fixes #2745. The filter was only searching on tags. I updated the code to search user descriptions, user names, and tags.
